I found this nice little manga called "With the Light" some time ago while browsing a Books-a-Million. It's about a young mother whose first child has been diagnosed with autism. While I don't normally enjoy Josei manga, manga aimed at teenage to young adult females, this one stuck out. I couldn't help but identify with the child as some of his quirks matched mine almost exactly. It can be a bit melodramatic, what with dealing with family members that find children with autism rude and a father that nearly went off the deep end with depression and embarassment, but it still has its sweet moments between mother and son, like when he speaks for the first time. I recommend it as a good read for anyone who enjoys those heartwarming moments.

I've read the first volume, and it actually made me cry. It's amazing. I need to find the second volume.

The book that I found was actually all six volumes in one book. Just look in the graphic novel/manga section.

The first volume was amazing and I'd love to read the others. Are their 7 or something like that? I know they're all huge.

Yep. The only problem is, I cannot shop online because I don't have a credit card, so it's either the library or the bookstore for me. For some reason, they have the 1st and the 3rd volumes at my library, but not the 2nd. I'm also scared of becoming addicted to online shopping, to be honest.
