When I was younger, I continuously clicked my tongue on the roof of my mouth. My mother told me to stop because it is something that 'people with real disabilities' did. She said the same thing about my hand flapping, which I do on a semi-regular basis. Anyone else click their tongue?

Yeah I use to but people started raging at me about it so I stopped.

I don't really notice half of my 'stims'. My partner notices them more than I do, thankfully none of them really get on her nerves!

I did it as a child. I don't remember when I stopped or why.

I did like the sound.

Off-topic, but nice name; how did you come up with it?

...And regarding what you're asking about... I guess, sometimes I used to... I like the noise it makes. I used to do it as a kid, but not all the time; I don't really do it anymore, except that I did when you mentioned it...

(Yeah, take a wild guess what I actually wanted to say.)

I really don't know how I came up with that name. It's been my signature name for almost five years, and I can't even remember how I came up with it. Dandelions are one of my favorite flowers (weeds, whatever) and I've always liked the word 'shy' since it seemed to apply to me. I guess that's how I came up with it? Eh, I don't know....

I still do this. Sometimes, it's just a cluck. Other times, I do a "clock ticking" thing. Sometimes, I play the roof of my mouth like a percussion instrument.

I identify with dandelions. They're wonderful and yet everybody hates them. (Everyone but us, that is.)

Yep I did and still do. Also I flick my tongue over my teeth on each side until it hurts.

I used to do this but the mere suggestion made me do it again.

I also started clucking my tongue again. Against the roof and floor of my mouth. I'm not sure I can stop.

Apparently I like to do rhythms this way, like humming, but more likely to prompt people to attack me.

I've clicked my teeth like this too...

I click my teeth like that too, I've done it always and it's fun because it's so easy to make interesting rhythms that way and imagine them as actual drumming :)

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by this... do you mean you bite down with your teeth to produce sound?
