Being new to aspergers, although I've had it since childhood it has gone undetected until recently.
So I have been trying to learn as much as I can about it, and find out which parts of me are associated to it, basically so I can understand aspergers and how it effects me a little more clearly.
I called an autistic helpline and had a real nice conversation with a man who shows similar symptoms (why do I feel wrong calling behavioural traits "symptoms") to me, anyway he invited me to join a new site that he had created for autistic people.

It is literally a new site, designed to be like facebook and targeted at people with Autism spectrum disorders.

I know I'm a new user and dropping links to other community sites can be frowned upon, but it is so lonely being his only member, and it has so much potential, so I thought I would invite you all to join.

We could call it FacelessBook because of our ability to not recognise faces :lol: .

Oops it appears his site is having problems with communicating with the SQL database, he did say he wanted more help testing it, finding bugs etc.
I hope he manages to fix it.

I'll think about joining when I'm off my Wii and back on my laptop. Thank you for shareing that with us. :)

It's not my site lol.

It belongs to the same person who runs this site.Autistic Help UK
I called them up and spoke to a man who suffers from autism himself.
He was saying that they had recently set up a social networking site that interacts with facebook etc, but he was wanted people to join, so that it would get a good testing.
I joined up and had a look around, it has potential but is a little bare at the moment.

But I hope I have made clear that I have no affiliation with the site other than as a member, kind of like I am on this one.
