When I'm out and its sunny, I can't look at anything white without my sunglasses on. It makes my eyes ache and it makes me feel very upset and anxious.

I've heard of someone who can't look at red.

What colour (if any) gives you this sensory overload?

I've known people to have a "colour aversion" (which I believe is what this sensory issue is referred too) to Yellow before.

Illuminous colours sometimes do to me. I can get headaches trying to look at them.

I live in England, it rains a lot over here and is often cloudy.
Never been a big fan of sunny days, don't get me wrong I enjoy them, but I have the same problem as the op, as well as I tend to get hot and bothered easily.
White tends to do me, and I cannot look at surfaces that are reflecting the sun, unless wearing sunglasses.
As a child it used to drive me mad being dragged around on holiday waiting for those luxury moments when you'd be taken into a shop/caffee/restaurant into the shade.
On those abnormally bright days I would stay in if possible and watch my feet walk for the day if not, and I'll always aim for the shade in order to keep the sun from my eyes.
I just took it as one of those things that we all had to live with, but now thinking back I can identify times when I've been hampered by it and others haven't.

My ideal day is those warm summer days when it's cloudy with a slight breeze.
I'm beginning to see myself in a different light. (<--my attempt at comedy)

Most shades of yellow, many shades of orange, really bright shades of some other colors. But especially yellow.

What (if any) colour gives you sensory overload? There is a certain shade of pink which does not agree with me. Also, but far more rarely (almost never), a certain shade of red. Generally speaking, can handle most colors and was very aware when I saw the animation movie, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, that the colors in the animation (over 400 colors) made the film quite different.

Really bright lights, such as LCD screens

Bright yellow mostly, but any bright colour makes my eyes and head do strange things.

 Yep, summer is great apart from the increased light. There's just too much of it!

Octarine.

I think it's more about contrasts with me.

from your description it sounds more like light sesitivity as the sun refracts off the light colors. I know that kills me. I have been wearing tinted glasses since I was in elementary school.

It's odd -- I've noticed that I tend to perceive eye pain as anxiety or some other emotion rather than pain (unless it's really, really obvious). At times I've gotten in my car on a bright day and when I put on my sunglasses, I'll notice a feeling of anxiety (and sometimes even vaguely suicidal feelings) will suddenly vanish.

Bright blue, especially "electric blue." Oranges and yellows are actually more comfortable to me.

I wish a colour would give me sensory overload, but they don't.

I bet the reader of this post is probably thinking, ''what is she on about here?''
I will tell you. I wish I weren't an Aspie at all, but I am so if I've got to have a sensory anxiety, I wish it was by sight instead of sound. I can block out what I don't want to see. My biggest issue is being unable to block out sounds, and it is a pain in the arse. At least with bright lights or colours you can either close your eyes or put sunglasses on, and putting sunglasses on doesn't look odd to other people, because I see lots of people wearing sunglasses even on cloudy days. But with sounds, you can't block out a sound without putting earplugs in your ears or putting your hands over your ears, and I really don't want to walk around with my hands to my ears all the time. I'm oversensitive of what people think of me as it is, without making myself look worse by doing that. And earplugs seem to give me ear infections if I leave earplugs in for too long, because I do have a non-AS-related condition with my ears and sinuses, and having an AS-related sensitivity in my ears doesn't help.
