I'm just thinking this because I have a over bite and an under bite. I haven't seem to get them fixed because money is so tight and to have it done is like thousands of dollars. So how many have either over bite or under bite or just straight teeth.

Overbite and crooked teeth. Various family offered to pay to have my teeth
fixed when I was a kid but I refused to burden them. I guess it was $2000
back then. I'm 36 now and have the money but I'm not worried about it.
Sure if I was rich I would get them fixed but untill then I'm Okay.

At the same time? How?! I just have an underbite and since we're getting teethy, I have a Letterman-style gap between my front two.

I used to suck my thumb, so I had bucked teeth like bugs bunny.

I also had crooked teeth, and a double row at one point when my new teeth came up next to my baby teeth instead of pushing them out. Ugly stuff.

However my parents paid the local sadist a fortune to fix them. I still have nightmares about all my teeth coming loose and falling out because of that guy and his evil teeth straightening torture devices.

However if my teeth were still crooked when I was grown up, I'd have paid the sadist myself.

I've got a slight overbite, I sucked my thumb as a kid.. does that cause it? Dunno.

Apart from that my teeth are straight. :?

Slight overbite but nothing major - the dentist would have said about correcting it by now, otherwise. Straight teeth but I hate my front ones because they're uneven lengths. Symmetrical (fortunately) but different lengths. It seems to be genetic - my siblings have similar tooth length proportions as I ahve.

My sadistic orthodontist was actually aiming for a slight overbite.

When your teeth are comfortably closed, your top front teeth should fit just in front of your bottom front teeth, in a scissor type fit. It isn't so good to have your front top and bottom teeth meet exactly. The way I got shown was with a profile of superman. He has a slight overbite. Not that I'm superman but he has ideal teeth. Check out your favourite movie stars too. The prettiest ones will have a slight overbite when they are smiling naturally (as opposed to grimacing where they might line their teeth up).

I was going to say that I have a slight overbite, but after reading that I guess I'm normal in this regard.

When closed, my teeth meet exactly together, with no under or overbite

Massive overbite, a too-narrow mouth and too-large teeth, which caused all sorts of wonderful crookedness, and teeth that take their sweet time falling out (I've had to yank the last six that came loose, and four more that didn't come loose had to be pulled under general anesthesia [local doesn't seem to work on me] with probably one more on the way), and a big gab between my front two teeth.

I'm in braces now and will probably not get them off until my senior year of high school.

I have a crossbite. They look practically like vampire teeth.
