From you, as far as I know. Where did you see/hear it?

Where it comes from? I'm guessing it derives from 'Asperger's'

The man who discovered Asperger's name was "Hans Asperger's".

I've seen two separate posts on here where the author referred to Aspies as "'Spergers." I don't remember where or if they were by the same person. If they were, I guess he/she coined it.

Are you certain it wasn't a typo? Anyway, it's possible. Everything is possible. People have very creative ways of saying the same thing differently, there's "aspergian", for one, that i had never heard until someone here said it, (a famous guy :P ) there's aspergergian too, saw it only once but reminded me even more of "asparagus", there's Aspie, person with autism, autistic person, autie (this one feels so weird to me) ASDer (yes I saw it) I'm sure we can come up with more.
But cutting the doctor's name that way, 'sperger's, makes me picture Dr Hans Asperger meeting Ali G for a special interview.

Although I have never heard of that specific term which you are describing, (presuming this was not simply a subordinate typo) I am assuming it derives from the term 'Asperger's'. Which originates from the Austrian pediatrician, Hans Asperger, after whom Asperger Syndrome was termed.

Almost certainly from the same source as "Aspie"; a shortening of Asperger's. I'll admit I most often use Aspie, but I could be persuaded to try 'Spergers.

I love how everyone took the question literally.
I think he wants to know who coined that particular usage. I haven't seen it myself. My favorite of the ones I've seen is awe-tastic.
