I don't post that much but I find that it's kind of addictive too. For instance when you've posted in a thread you want to keep going back to check it to see what other people are saying on the topic.

I only have... a little more than 2 posts a day. But then that's due to the amount of time I've been here, and the fact that I've taken several long breaks from posting. It's very hard for any level of posting or not-posting to change my posting amount much these days because there are just so many days in the years I've spent here.

When you do post, they are big posts. I'm the opposite. Most of my posts are less than 3 sentences long.

I seem to do both. I either write big posts because I can't make them short, or I write a few sentences because I can't get the words out. I'm not entirely happy with either outcome. I've resigned myself to this.

I have a long post about once per moon phase.

I think it is the way my brain is wired. I've ADD or something and no patience for lengthy posts. I also assume other people don't. I try to convey what I want to say in the smallest possible space.

Every now and then I feel it's worth putting a bit more energy into a post and saying something long and complex and multi staged, often when someone hits on a special interest of mine, which isn't often.

I'm exactly the same in RL too, except there I'm more inclined to say nothing at all.

I'm not going to argue. WP is definitely addicting, that's why I joined.

1.26 per day.

And yet, I'm on here for hours every day. Of course, if I actually clicked "submit" on every message I wrote, I'd probably have at least 4 times as many posts per day. I have a tendency to write long, detailed, multiparagraph posts, then decide that nobody would want to read all that (or realize that I've gone off on so many tangents that there is no way to tie it together into a coherent post) - so I just click "back" and browse the forum some more.

Speaking of how much time I spend here . . . I've been on the computer at least half the time today since 7 am. That's 8 hours on the computer, at least 3 of them on WP. I think I need to go to bed. Or at least get off the computer!
