Yes, I do imagine things like that sometimes. Occasionally, I do that avoiding-the-lines thing the others mentioned, too. Perhaps a bit related, I sometimes, if the floor is tiled somehow I will imagine the tiles forming shapes like this;

and then I'd have to walk within the grey area. Ugh, that picture I just made quickly and it's annoyingly...well, I don't like the thick black lines, they're not pleasant to look at. But I'm too lazy to go and make it better...Sorry. If you squint it's not that bad.

I don't know my IQ and I don't want to. I'm absolutely terrified of things that might measure my intelligence, it's a big issue for me. Can't see myself studying any kind of math or science like this, as I will panic in such situations. I truly hope I'll be rid of this issue someday - I actually used to enjoy and be good at math.

I can't look at tile floors and similar things without having images in the tile flashing at me so to speak. I see shapes and shapes with in the shape and shape interlocking with those shapes some times it can be over shelling. When I look at the blinds with the light shining through them (the blinds are down and mostly shut) the lines do weird things they seem to move and the shadows for designs.
