I just made a new connection to my hypothesis of endogenous opiates as a cause of autism negative symptoms. I just need to know if your pupils are larger than people you know that are NTs? My idea is that sigma site opiate receptors are beings bombarded with too many endorphins and dynorphins.

My pupils aren't larger than NTs.

Yeah, it's genetic, though. My mom has big pupils.

My optician pointed out that I have very large pupils, although I'd never noticed it before.

I believe it is in relation to over stimulation of the sigma opiate receptor due to excess dynorphins,
"Physiologic effects when the sigma receptor is activated include hypertonia, tachycardia, tachypnea, antitussive effects, and mydriasis"

Also speeds heart, breathing, etc. Might be a reason for meltdowns as I believe the domino effect of increased dopamine, norepinephine and serotonin cause meltdowns.

My heart rate is particularly fast too, always has been faster than my peers, even though I'm relatively fit.

How do I know if my pupils are large or normal? Is there some size guidelines?

My eyes are nearly black so I hardly ever notice my pupils anyway.

No completely normal - small and contracted in bright light, large and dilated in poor light.

Honestly, whatever next.
