I have been having a problem with skipping sometimes when I walk. How can I stop doing this?

I don't know. But for the sake of furthering this thread, is there anything that seems to trigger it? Are you happy or excited, for example, when you skip? Or do you just...do it?

Try music and step to the beat nothing to fast. Most music is 4/4 timing so you will get a 1 2 3 4 beat to put your feet down to. Or maybe trying counting in your head 1 2 3 4.

When I go somewhere I usually listen to music and adapt to the rythm. So yes, I can recommend that.

Why, oh why would you ever want to quit skipping?! I skip all the time and I'm a 30 year old man. If people stare, it's probably because they WISH they were so lucky. :) Skip away my friend, keep on and keep it strong.

I have even skipped for exercise in the past. Instead of a bike ride or jog, I'd go outside and just skip around the yard. It's great!
