I do walk with a weird gait (more weirdly than most) partly becuase i am self counciouss. others have described me as "Walking on tip toes", "bouncing when i walk", "Walking like i had poo up my bum" and once "Walking like a robot"

I am finding becuase of my gait social groups are not accepting me and its making me feel really isolated because i want to be accepted in thier groups. I was bullied like hell in school becasue of my gait .

What would your advice be about this? Its sad that people make such a big deal about the way you walk.

Take dance lessons. Jazz, ballet, ballroom - something that increase your awareness of your posture and movement.

Hi Wavefreak. I am guessing your probably rolling your eyes in boredom at the predictability of my threads

No more than the eye roll you gave at the suggestion for dance lessons.

Why are people so judgmental jus because of how you walk?

How the hell should I know? They are. It's not going to change. But it's something you can work on.

A possible explanation is that evolution has bred into us an automatic selection process for mates. Someone with an atypical walk is intuitively 'not quite right' and a less desirable person to merge genes with.

Or maybe people are just ass holes.
