Over the past few days I have started twitching a great deal, to the point where my head hurts from all the sharp movements. I think it is caused by stress. How do I fix this? I mean, how do I deal with stress?

Stress can make me do it more, but eliminating stress won't eliminate that behavior; I often do it when I'm not stressed. I just massage my neck with my hands and if possible, lay down for a minute or so. And of course, I take an ibuprofen or take a hit of weed, depending on what my day looks like.

You really should have that checked out.

What are they, like neck jerks? I was having those for a while. Not cool. I started shivering instead. I don't know if you can much control the build up of energy, if that's what you experience, at least enough to do something different instead. You could also try deep breathing when you feel it coming on.
