Sucks
With meds, I can keep a 24-hour rhythm, but it's a struggle. Now that I've graduated and have nothing to do except play video games, I've let myself slip. I have a neuropsych test on Tuesday, and I really need to get some sleep before that. I was dead set on waking up at 8 AM this morning, but noo, I just had to sleep until noon again. And I dozed off in the evening too. So I decided to stay up the whole night again and go to bed the next evening.
Based on the research I've done online, it's just something you have to live with. Melatonin may help. I tried it for a month: nothing.
