It may look like it is pronounced 'as-pee' or 'as-pie' but really it's pronounced 'throat wobbler mangrove.'

Definitely as-pee. The pronunciation of as-pie sounds too much like Ass Pie... a cousin to Ass Burger. We don't want to get that one started now, do we?

It's spelled "Raymond Luxury Yacht," though.

Why on earth would it be "as pie"? No other diminutive works that way.

A (betting) bookkeeper is a book-ee, not a book-eye. A handkerchief is a hank-ee, not a hank-eye.

When we abbreviate a word and add -ie, it is pronounced -ee, not -eye.

So, Asp-ee, not asp-eye.

that's why i use.... asπ

π is prounounced "peeh" in greek and not as "paj" as americans do....

aspie should be pronounced as "aspy" like in "lonely".... but that looks wrong when written like that...

also... you don't call a "geenie" a "geenaj"...

:)
