I have a thing where I wear an outfit two or three days in a row, including overnight. The clothes are just so comfortable that I don't care about changing and even forget that I'm wearing it. Thankfully I'm sedentary, so it doesn't ever get "dirty".
Anyone else have a tendency to do this?

Yes except that I can't sleep in anything at night as it irritates me.

I also always where the same coat when I go out and will wear that coat until it falls apart lol.

Same!
But I will pick up my clothes from the night before and put them back on. I do change if I go out though.

That would be weeks in boy-talk, and they can be refreshed with a 15-minute hot-cycle in the clothes dryer.

Definitely weeks in a row for me, but I'm a girl. Not that it matters or anything as I'm really androgynous. I like to wear technical clothes because I like the way the athletic fabric feels. I also sleep in my clothes because I see no reason to take them off. I wear the same exact hoodie and I switch off between two pairs of pants. I figure as long as I change my undershirt and my underwear, I'm fine. I'll sacrifice my uniform if I need to go somewhere formal, but I'm self-employed so this is rarely a problem.

In the summer I usually change my clothes on a daily basis because the weather can get disgustingly hot and I sweat. Even then, I will wear the same type of clothing. It's usually a witty t-shirt and either kahki or athletic shorts. You will rarely see me in anything else.

I change clothes several times a day, depending on my activities, and even If I don't change completely, layers are added and subtracted. There are good clothes for going out, casual clothes for staying in and relaxing and work clothes for doing messy jobs. The basic idea is to minimize the amount of washing that needs to be done, so everything is worn until dirty.

Maybe jeans if they pass the sniff test.

when I'm on vacation I can wear the same clothes every day. it makes packing easy and light...no checked baggage! I do try to wear different clothes to work every day, but I have exactly 5 pairs of pants and 5 tops that I wear, year 'round, year after year. I will add a cardigan if I'm chilly. I also have 'home clothes' that I change into after work, very soft and comfy. these get worn a little every day and washed once a week. or two weeks. at the very least once every month :0

For work, Dockers or black jeans, I'll wear 'em Monday-Friday if I don't spill anything on 'em. Golf shirts every day, but worn for one day only (although I have so many blue ones it just SEEMS like I don't change shirts that often). Undies and socks get changed EVERY DAY, 'cause otherwise they're gross and icky.

I can't stand wearing the same clothes days in a row, except may be jeans. Sweaters stretch out. Pant and shirts absorb odors. And I fear people will think I don't take care of myself if they see me wearing the same clothes days in a row.

I do this on the weekend if I don't have to go somewhere where people will notice. During the week, because of work I change every day. When I find something I like to wear that doesn't itch or bind or annoy me, I buy it in every color they make so that I can look like I wear different clothes but they are pretty much the same thing over and over just a different color.

I could have written this.

Except I've been coatless for a few years. I don't really feel the cold here, not even when it's below zero.

I do not sleep in my clothes, but I wear the same things for days at a time. Some things are just comfortable/acceptable and I tend to wear them a lot. I also keep clothes that are falling apart because I hate purchasing already made new clothes (uncomfortable/unacceptable). I have three shirts with sleeves that I will wear that all have holes in them, one pair of jeans that I will tolerate that are only jeans in the loosest sense of the word... there are no knees left in them and the butt is completely worn out... I am horrible with clothes. I just made two new skirts from acceptable material and I am really enjoying the one I have on now. I will likely still be wearing it on Friday...

unless I absolutely have to I won't even wear one article of clothing(with exception of course to my bra) more than once a week. The thought makes my skin crawl. That's one of the habits of my ex that I couldn't fathom.
