My strange stimms that i started doing:

Moveing my sholder up it feels strange so i have to do this!
Tenceing up my body to the point were my mucels at the time i do it are fine. till it hits nighttime.
and the pain starts comeing into it it hurts my body. then i got to do it still.
Rubbing my fingers togather or rubbing my rist up agienst the desk or computer like its slideing.
Spreding my fingers apart and streching them out over and over. (This is what i do myself i didnt take it form anyone) but i have stuff i do end up mimicing but there not listed here.

This is scareing me because i got something strange going on with me some stimms are my own Others are things i seem to mimic from other people around me ill see someone do it i wont do it right then but sometimes i end up doing it two days after or a week after and i dont relise it till i chech myself in the act. Its driveing me nuts ( something i do and allwes have): My head ill move it to the side and back it will be random. I can stop myself from doing avreything but it takes strangth from myself to stop because my mind just wants me to do it. And sometimes if i dont do one of the stimms (my tenceing up) my body will hurt me bad) I feel like this is all my falt!! ! avreything i listed is me but ive done other things from other people at first i thought maybe its my ocd my mom has that. then it was maybe its my autism. but then why would i be mimicing people???? ! !! I DONT WANT TO?! >< heeelpp the things i took are weird things and grr help! (theys are not the things i took) but heeeelp -.- because what if i do something agien ><

Not your fault. You can't very well be blamed with the way your brain is wired.

I'm starting to wonder whether you might have tics after all. They can be controlled in a limited way; but you're saying "My brain just wants to do it"... I dunno. It's an awfully common thing on the Spectrum.

Tried redirecting the stims to something that doesn't cause muscle fatigue?

(BTW: For future reference, probably a better idea to post this on your other topic so it's all in one place.)

Tourettes?

People with tourettes will often end up mimicking or adopting another persons tic etc. I was watching a programme where they were talking about a group for it and people were worried about taking their children there in case they ended up adopting each others tic.

I was asked several days ago why I had started rocking back and forth while pushing on the trunk of my car. I couldn't think of a good answer, so I sort of shrugged and the people with me commented that it looked like I was humping my car. Really embarrassing.
