I looked online, but it's hard to get a cost breakdown.

Do you have a PPO or HMO? I don't know if you can go see a mental health specialist directly with an HMO or if you would need a referral from your primary care doctor.

I'm sorry this isn't much help. If you're feeling really stressed out, is there anyone else you can call who'll be able to help you until you get to talk to your insurance on Monday?
