I was born in 1968 does this mean that my behaviour is learnt from 1970's TV shows and films.

Asperger brains are like blank tapes ready to record information, NT brains are like pre-recorded tapes with information already recorded.

Does anybody agree with this or have any thoughts.

All brains are blank tapes ready to record at young ages.

I see NTs just as influenced by TV shows as AS people, perhaps even more so. In a way I guess they are picking up on some stuff that is natural to them, whereas AS kids have to learn most from scratch.

So perhaps it is better to say the AS and NT are both blank disks, the NT is already pre-formatted, the AS still needs to be formatted.

Where did you you get this idea? AS has nothing to do with a person's ability to learn.

I believe this was a reference to social learning (as in learning to interact with people), not academic learning. Does it make more sense now?
