Generally, I rock back and forth when under extreme stress or anxiety. If I happen to be eating while under extreme stress or anxiety, then I'll rock while eating. :)

Usually I get up like eight times during dinner to get more water cause I drink a lot of water and I usually end up pacing around a bit while I'm up. Hard to sit still for long.

I rock back and forth when stressed sometimes too, but even if I'm not-stressed I tend to rock back and forth a little while eating. Just something I do I guess, anyone else do that?

I don't rock but I almost always bounce my right leg up and down while eating. I usually do it when I'm happy or anxious...and I'm always happy when I eat.

I rock sometimes when I eat. I rock a lot when on the computer, and other times too. When I am in the car, but not driving, I often rock. It is definitely a stim for me. I rocked ever since I was in the crib, but I didn't know it was a stim until I was in my 20s.

I rub my hands together while I'm chewing something difficult, if I'm happy, and when something is tasty I usually rub my right cheek.

I don't really know why. But no, I don't rock unless I'm solving problems.
