Do people say to you that you are too into your mindsets?

To me it's happens many times. Everytime i write a post about things like drawing and writing people say to me that i'm strictly into my mindset, that i must be more spontaneous. But i'm spontaneous in this way, other ways make me confused.

I've had people tell me that. If they have nothing better to do than get hung up on my mindset, than they're the ones with the problem, not me.

Yes, people tell me that my interests are too narrow and I get too engrossed, and that I should be more spontaneous. I tell them that I can be spontaneous, I just need 24 hours notice

Seriously though, I'm not sure why people are bothered by my interests. Maybe it's because they're not social interests like sports or celebrities?

No one ever outright accuses me of being too stuck in my own mindset, but my parents do praise me whenever I decide to try something new (such as a different type of food or movie than what I'm usually into) or when I decide to do something spontaneous.

All the time people tell me that, and I honestly haven't a clue why. I don't think my interests are that weird. I actually find it odd that not everyone has a narrow interest of some kind.

Another mindset-based criticism i get is that my routines are too rigid...for example, i apparently become agitated if I'm not allowed to go to dinner at 17:30 every day unless i have several hours notice. I call it having a schedule, but other people call it weird. I don't know why.
