Hello there!
You were right, the-person-who-said "you'll be back". I stopped coming on here last month because I was trying to give up my computer addiction. Well I failed. I also played three times as much Xbox. Anyways, I miss going somewhere to talk.
Another anyways, some stuff has gone on. Last month I went on Train2Game.com, where you can find out information on a selection of gaming courses you can do at home, using professional computer programs. Whether this is fully legitimate or not, I'm not sure since I haven't gone through with anything yet. I wouldn't blame you for thinking it's a scam. Or maybe someone on here knows about Train2Game?
Yet another anyways, I filled in a form on the website to find out more information because I was curious, and the next week someone from the company phoned me (terrifying!) and confirm that I wanted to find out more info. A few days later a man came to my house to give me loads of info on the course (online I chose for info on the Games Artist & Animator course).
I did sound very awesome; I showed him a collection of my drawings, but the only thing bad was that this course would cost my parents nearly £5000 (in 3 years of much smaller payments, though), there is a lot of commitment and after 2 weeks there is no way to stop paying for it.
So yes, as of now I haven't made any decisions, since I haven't finished college yet and I'm not really sure. Also, once I've finished college I'm screwed and will go insane at home, since I've chosen not to go back there this time round, and I haven't been able to find anything to suit my interests other than this apparent course.
