Good points, ruveyn and sinsboldly, but for the sake of argument, I’m assuming that he was a historic person and that the gospel describes him well. (Unlikely since neither was written while he was actually alive, if he lived at all.)
BTW, I saw a documentary on National Geographic that argued that he might have been a historical person, or at the very least that he may be a composed mix of several historic persons. It seems that there were several people at about the right time who did ‘wonders’ and opposed the authorities. He could be the people's memory of these, assembled later into one person. Some see Mithras and Greek myths as a possible source of inspiration for the myth of the son of God, as well.

Jesus:
He claimed he had visions of the Devil after fasting for 40 days in the desert
He believe he heard voices as the Devil spoke to him and said "make bread out of stone"
No Jesus did not have aspergers he was schizophrenic
These could simply be hallucinations as a result of fasting in the hot desert for 40 days. Or even some sort of tactical move to show his followers that he was pure.
