Is this synesthasia or not?

When I see things moving I hear sounds even if there is not sounds present.

Not always but quite frequently.

Yes. It happens to me on many occasions, where sound to visual synesthesia is also true. It feels rather enlightening, vivid and natural.

Yes, it is. It happens to me pretty often. One of the most common for me is "hearing" facial expressions. When someone smiles I often think of a warm humming sound.
