No. He's just got a stuffy nose.

And wikia is a terrible place to link to. Too many errors and not enough data.

I don’t mean by how he talks...but by how he behaves....(though I wasn't specific)

And it's a cartoon character....not much error to be made...it's just an analysis on the character.

wikia: computer errors (eg:cannot find file at line xxx), and lack of data on topic.
Jason: No his behaviour (in the one episode I bothered with) did not appear to be autistic.
