Always needing to think about something

I was wondering if it is an aspie thing to always need to keep thinking about something. Thats how it is for me. Aspies have there obsessions which they fixate constantly on. Do you always need to be thinking about your obsession. Life gets rather boring when I don't have an obsession or my obsession is dying out. But then I hate having the obsession I have.

Well I always must be thinking about something, I can't ever be thinking about nothing. It's not always one of my interests, though.

I have to be constantly thinking about something. It doesn't matter what it is.

I think too much.

My mind is a jumbled mess. I am always thinking about something whether or not it has to do with my obsession. Sometimes it's just me over analyzing my current situations or worrying about the future. I find writing helps. It lets me focus my thoughts and get them out of my head and into the open. The only time my mind is in order is when I'm writing.

My mind never thinks about nothing. I don't even know what peace feels like anymore.
