I am going tomorrow.

What sort of things will they ask?
Did they also request to see your grades?

I got dXed as an adult, and other than having previously submitted background information about what I was like as a toddler and such my dX consisted of sitting in a room with 2 psychologists for an hour, one asked me questions and the other stared at my non-verbals to see what my eye contact and gestures were like. However there are many ways to conduct a diagnosis and yours could be completely different. I guess it wouldn't hurt to bring your grade stuff if it is easy to obtain - the most you'd lose is having to carry a folder into the appointment.
