getting a diagnose in europe

hi there,

where is the best place to go for a diagnose? Shall I rather go to a private psychologist, or rather to a huge research department? Which one? Where can they tell me more about myself and how I function?

I don't mind to go far for a someone who can help me, as long as the doctors are competent. I am 30 and I am pretty sure that I got (mild) aspergers, I am hypersensitive, however I got lots of friends, and I also "solved" most of my social problems. I don't know if also got ADHD, I mostly now have problems in doing not too many things at once and finishing one.
