Does this sound like aspergers or autism ?

I know a man 38 who has these problems does this sound like autism or aspergers ?
Hyperactivity, a requirement for ordered and perfectionism in surroundings, obsession with self image to appear perfect.
inability to concentrate on television , lack of eye contact, excessive fear and anxiety with regards to performance,
learning difficulties, unable to understand word games, talking very loudly, severe attention seeking by verbal
outbursts, and tantrums, obsessive behaviours, extreme competitivness, poor hand writing. confused emotions.
narcissistic verbal outbursts with reference to Race, colour, body shape, exclamations that others are mad or mentally ill.
extreme jealousy of others with girlfriends or possesions. no variation to diet (eats same foods nearly every day)obsessions with other people and copycat behaviour. imagines oneself to be superior and deserved of special attention and preferential treatment.
Seems to live in an imaginery world where he believes he is wonderfull. totally lacks confidence in himself.Unable to do things by himself. Immature attitude, Obsessive, childish, and innapropriate attitude towards women and sex. Gets agitated and jealous
when two people of the opposite sex touch or have physical contact. has severe difficulty expressing himself. Runs away and gets upset when he embarrases himself. Puts others down when he feels he should be getting attention. Gets angry and frustrated.

Symptoms and traits similar to Perfectionism, narcisism, ADHD,Obsessive compulsive disorder, Generalised anxiety disorder,

I have tried to help him but he says that there is nothing wrong with him. Denial ? Dissasociation ? When questioned about his behaviour he just says he can not remember !

ANY IDEAS ?

Yeah no telling what his true DX is. Not sure it matters. Does he take any kinds
of medication? ADHD which he has is treatable.

I think it sounds like AS.

AS. I recognise so much of myself in it. I feel an unbelievable hatred when someone, who I consider beeing a jerk, has a nice girlfriend or a better car or anything.

AS and Autism is same, AS is one band of the autism spectrum.
