Replaying: replaying experiences in your mind repeatably, This normal accompanied by stimming and may in some cases cause a sudden uncontrollable movement of vocalization ie a screa or punching your self or a phrase being uttered.
Replay with sorting and grouping: replay trying to organize the situation and figure out the though or emotion.

Clarification would be nice.
I would best describe my thought process as having three steps based on your analysis.
I altered it according to my personal process.
1. Sorting and Grouping: Organize the situation and figure out the thought or emotion.
2. Rationalizing: try to inject logic or rationality to the emotion
3. Expression: expressing to someone those thoughts
I also have a one step solution to expressing emotion.
1. Mimicking; Copying the emotions of people around you.
I used this many times in the past. It works well to a certain extent, but has some minor drawbacks. For instance, if you laugh when people are laughing, but don't know what their laughing at. "Inside jokes" are the worst in this respect, usually being accompanied by questioning looks, or questions about why you though it was funny. Mimicking can either result in a perfect harmony, or an awkward situation. ![]()

As for verbal expression, this is much tougher. Iv been getting much better at it over the years, but occasionally my entire thought process goes into a "train wreck"
