ipt at a new pharmacy?

I need to get a prescription filled and am currently away from my home pharmacy. All of the numbers on my flimsy insurance card have worn off, but I have the member ID written down.

The card looks like this:


I only have the member ID, and the top 3 numbers are completely illegible. Will this be enough for them to fill the script? Since the closest pharmacy is over an hour away, I want to make sure I have all the required information before I leave.
