Is this a good behavior approach to talking to others?

Saturday night I slept at my sister Erica's house. I got like 3hrs. of sleep since a desk lamp was on in the living room (I slept in there on the couch) I chose NOT to turn it off since it was around picture frames & glass trinkets and knowing clumsy me at 10PM I probably would have knocked a frame over. When I woke up Rusty (brother in-law) was home and I planned out "Ok I'm going to ask him about the lamp." He's either going to give A) Nice response B) Rude response luckily it was A I then asked another question and got a "nice response." Then when I got home it fealt draining!! ! Do ALL Aspies do this?! !! !! Plan every little thing you say to someone!! !! Planning in your head even where a conversation might go in case you upset that other person! SHEESH!! !! ! Also while this idea worked with Rusty with my parent issues would it be a good approach to take? (You've seen the rude parent issue posts in the past.) DAMN I NEVER REALISED BEING AN ASPIE WAS SO HARD!! !! !

You never realized being an Aspie was so hard? Yes you did, you've said as much in your other posts. Do you just enjoy making post after post day after day just to get a response from people? Pick up a broom or help someone else in life. It's not always about you.

I tend to plan out conversations in my head, too.

I would have gone into wherever my sister was and ask her if she could turn the light off. Or, if I was at my Mom's. I would walk to her room and ask her to turn it off if I was worried about breaking something. I am not shy about going and asking stuff like that, not really planning anything at all, just going and asking without contemplating anything. If they get mad, they get mad. I can't sleep with the light on. My mom has a ceiling fan in her living room with three light bulbs and I never like having it on. Luckily, it's easy to turn off because I just walk over to the light switch and flick it off and that's that. No need to ask anyone anything unless someone is using it, then they tell me not to turn it off but there's so many lamps in her living room, it wouldn't matter anyway because she'd turn a lamp on instead of using the ceiling fan.

Oh yes. Absolutely. I rarely have conversations with people without planning them out in my head.
