For my whole life, I have not been able to solve puzzles. No rubiks cubes, forget sudoku, I had trouble as a kid with picture puzzles even, unless they were very easy. I'm terrible at solving riddles, and I was not good about solving mysteries. No mystery games or books for me. I seem to have a hard time figuring out how puzzle-like things work, too. If someone has an odd little toy, I get confused trying to figure out how it works, and always have to ask.
It's kind of weird, because I'm good at visualizing things, and understanding how they'd work from the inside. I can figure out how larger things work.

Anyone else puzzle-retarded?

I'm good with some puzzles, but horrible at others.

The "odd little toys" I am great at - mostly through sheer persistence I think.

Things like sudoku I am horrible at - I think because I get stuck in a rigid plan of how to proceed, and just keep making the same mistake over and over instead of trying a new approach.

Nothing complicated. I can barely add double digit numbers.

Love puzzles, of all kinds. And am pretty good at most of them too.

You're not. Everybody has certain weaknesses, and strengths. Maybe puzzle solving isn't your thing, but I'm sure you're awesome at something I suck at :)

I tend to like sudoku and wordsearches but thats about it. I can't figure the rubiks cube out for the life of me!

I MAY have just accidentally put in no on accident (but I'm not sure) because I was going to say no until I read your definition of puzzle.

With picture puzzles, I am a bit slow, but I do eventually finish them. I can do some Su-Do-Ku, but for riddles, other types of puzzles, those cubes, etc, I am pretty horrible at them.

I am good at crossword puzzles and used to be a bit obsessed with them actually, as I had a lot of crossword books and did them for hours at a time.

I am good at word puzzles, when you have to make lots of words from one single word.

But I am bad at Sukoku.

Yep, can't stand puzzles of any kind. They're too hard.

I suck at puzzles but I like to figure it out. I can`t handle the big thousand piece puzzles. I like 100 pieces or so.

I'm okay with jigsaw puzzles, no good at all with Rubik's cubes, never really bothered with Sukoku.

I actually like jigsaw puzzles, where I can see an image forming since I am a very visual person anyway...(I am like you in that I can see how things work in my head) but due to lack of workspace I do not get much chance to do them.

My family are as*holes too, if they see me working on something, however innocuous they will destroy it.
