I haven't slept properly, I'm edgy, upset stomach with nausea, can't eat, hyper-focusing, the little sleep I did get I bit through my lip and made it bleed! (woke myself up) All because I have a big social event straight after work today, that I can't get out of!! There will be lots of pressure to be something I'm not, lots of hugs kisses (eeew) No idea how I am going to concentrate at work, I've done a pack of antacid already and it's not even 9am!
I have never got any better with this, or developed any coping techniques, what would you do if you were me? Have you learnt any coping mechanisms? My logic tells me I'm over reacting and being dramatic and ridiculous but my body wont listen to reason!
