How can I get a diagnoses...and thus maybe medicaid?

I am not elgible for medicaid because I was denied for SSI......I guess SSI has to determine me as disabled in order for me to be elgible because I am under 65 years old. And well I got denied for SSI because I was not able to afford any official diagnoses beforehand...and still cannot afford it as far as I know.

So does anyone know any way I could go about getting a diagnoses? I really need help with this...so any advice would be appreciated.
