I cant stand the dentist. I hate it when the people put stuff in my mouth. I hate the people being so close to me. I cry. I am terrified of it. What about you?

My mother is a dentist... i dont mind it all... a bit uncomfortable but its not so bad...

Ever try sedation pills before the exam?

Most people I know hate going to the dentist. I actually don't mind. People get on my nerves when they're scared of the dentist.

It's the opticians I hate.

I hate the dentist. The massive invasion of privacy aside, when I was a child we had decent healthcare coverage and I went to the dentist every 6 months. And every 6 months, I'd have a cavity that needed filled. I stopped going to the dentist 15 years ago and since then I haven't had so much as a toothache. I can only imagine the tens of thousands of dollars the dentists scammed out of my parents insurance company filling my mouth with metal. The only reason I'd ever go back is to get the amalgam out but since I have no insurance, it would be too expensive at this time when I don't especially need it. I hate having Mercury in my mouth but for now, it's not causing me any problems.
