If this has already been discussed, my apologies!

I was wondering if people have found effective methods for coping with sequencing.

For example, I can't start my day without writing out a rough plan of what I'm going to do, that needs to include all of the mundane everyday stuff, like eating lunch. This plan is very helpful to me, but writing it out can be extremely stressful... sometimes I just need to take a few deep breaths, other times I have to take 10 minutes out to meditate or stim before I can do it. Other times it completely overwhelms me, and I spend the whole day paralyzed because I can't decide in what order to do what.

I have a similar problem when I get home from work: I get hit with a mental wave of things that all have to happen RIGHT NOW (remove shoes, remove coat, put away keys, put mail on desk, put away groceries, etc.) and I have to make up and start reciting a little to-do list in my head until all these things are done. Not a relaxing way to start my evening.

You get the basic idea.

Any ideas?

Thank you!
