I did a search for this but couldn't find anything.

Sometimes I experience what I can only describe as 'heavy limbs'. My arms and legs feel bigger and heavier than they actually are, sometimes it causes me discomfort but not always. Moving them during this time feels sluggish and almost surreal, or when they contact something: I barely register it.

Is this part of Asperger's? Anyone else expereince this at all?

That could be a neurological thing (perhaps related to migraine), and it could also be a physical problem (poor circulation, water retention, ect). I'd suggest having a physical, and getting your peripheral artery health checked out, and get checked for heart health (to be sure you're not retaining water due to a congestive heart failure issue). Those things can come on slowly and at younger ages than some people know, and if caught early, are totally fixable.

It could even be a nutrition problem. Only a good doctor will be able to give some good advice on that...

I get that a lot but it's from fibromyalgia for me.
