Is Canadian culture aspie?

This might seem kind of ridiculous, but doesn't Canadian culture seem sort of like aspergers? Like it's not a really social touchy feely kind of culture, but there's a high regard for human rights and intellectualism.

If you're Canadian, maybe it's where you're from, but Canadians are very affectionate people as well as being all for human rights and intellectualism. I get really weird looks because I'm NOT touchy feely.
