....don't move at all. Don't even hum a song under your breath. I seriously can't manage this. I feel like I'm going to explode. I don't really know how to explain this very well, but I sort of feel this throbbing sensation in my muscles about 2 seconds in-after that the throbs get larger, until I can't bear it and have to wiggle my foot or something. Does this happen to you? :(

Just did it, except for blinking. I have ADHD except I don't have the H. The only thing hyperactive about me is my thoughts, which bounce off the inside of my skull like ricocheting ping pong balls.

I learned to meditate, even with ADD. It's possible.

I could sit still 5-30 minutes easily, even more depending on what you count sitting still really.
For example I have sit for 3 hours still and only moved my fingers a bit (I'm PC gamer so my fingers need movement).

When I have to wait or sit somewhere, I kinda go into 'auto-in my brain' mode; it makes time seem to go faster.

Just tried. It wasn't hard. I swallowed and blinked a couple of times, and moved my eyes twice to look at the timer, but that's all. Usually I'm more fidgety, but a minute isn't long to endure.

This makes me think of one of the great memories I have in teaching in a public school system. When I had the gifted program, there were several class periods I didn't have anyone in the room because they were being served elsewhere. And during our lockdown drills I would be alone in the classroom---lights out, no movement, and don't answer the door if someone knocks. This might last for 30 minutes. Wow---so cozy and relaxing. I loved it.

I usually can't do this naturally. I'm a horrible fidgeter. But every once in a while, I can just zone out and freeze in one spot, not move a muscle, not even blinking or moving my eyes. It's the oddest experience--I just look at this one spot, and everything else seems to become hazier and darker. I can also completely relax every muscle in my body by doing relaxation exercises. With years of practice, I can get into a totally relaxed state in about three to five seconds; and in that state, one doesn't want to move.

I just tried this. Yes I got that strange feeling in my feet a bit like you mentioned I think OP and really wanted to move my fingers, in fact I did so I guess I failed. :P Although I wouldn't really say I fidget a lot I think am pretty much always tapping my fingers or something, however I am very self conscious so when I am with people it can be very subtle.

I should practice doing this more actually as I need to learn to calm my mind and body I think.

Nope, can't do it. I made it to 48 seconds, though.

I've tried to do this before, to see what it feels like not to stim. It feels horrible. Like being pressed to death.
