So i have been a big fan of The last Airbender and it seems that the Avatar state was inspired by a meltdown, is it possible?
It's how i explain a meltdown to people around me though :P

I love Avatar! :D I recently rewatched it and I thought the same thing too. There are definetly some parallels between the two. "In the avatar state, you are at your most vulnerable."
