Hello everyone,

this is a positive story about how WP helped me:
i first joined a couple of days ago out of sheer frustration with the uncertainty i was having about my diagnosis.
to be honest i wasnt sure my psychiatrist was right, mostly because i barely understood what he meant when he tried to explain it, too scared to say anything i simply left.

it kept bugging me that i simply didnt know anything about myself anymore, so after stubling around on the net i found myself here.

everything i had read up till that point had been very vague, but when i started reading on WP, the specific stories and explenations from peoples everyday life, thats when i really started to recognize a lot of the issues i have had trough my life, i started thinking back and noticing things about myself i had barely paid attention to before.

so thank you everyone
you have helped me relax in a way i havent done in years
most of all it helps to feel certain, so i can start working with myself and how i relate to other people.

WP has been pretty useful to me too! I've probably never properly acknowledged that.

im amazed at how much easier comunication and tolerance have been boosted by the mere fact that i now have something to work with.
