When it comes too sympathy if someone has done me wrong but later on approaches me with manners and asks for my forgivness i will give it too him no problem and be very forgiving.

With NTs however do you agree that getting sympathy from them is more complicated? they believe that you have too make a considrable effort too earn it. and even if you do there sympathy runs out quickly doesen't it?

do you agree with me or not that NTs view on sympathy differs quite a bit from how us Aspies view it?

Its shocking at times how much NTs can lack sensitiviy towards the feelings off others.

I've never really given this much thought between Aspies and NTs. If someone does something to really anger me, I'll usually have a small grudge, but like you, if they approach me and say they're sorry and what not, then you should forgive them. It's all in the past, and chances are if they're apologizing, then they really do feel bad and have put thought into how they wronged you.

Yes. That's why i think most NT's are unempatic, but it is understandable since Asperger does not mean that you sit in a wheelchair or have a deformed body or something that is plainly visible. As a result, my sympathy towards NT's keeps dropping...

(Rember that episode on CSI where that Autistic guy witnessed the poisoning of a woman in that conservatory? Nick immediately thought "Oh, a weirdo, he's guilty". But Grissom said "He is an Autistic" because he wasn't a judgemental ass like so many NT's are.)
