People have good, and bad days.
But every so often there's that day that's unbearable.
Everything builds up, and is no longer "worth it"
Obviously suicide is becoming a modern issue.
By having global mental health days, it offers everyone NT or different, to participate in a world wide vent.
We can go into the darkest corners and find light.
Test and get comfortable with negative emotions like depression, rage, anger etc.
It could also be a nice way to collectively organize the bad things in life, and collectively we can work together to help and support those who are more sensitive and those who experience more of the human spectrums than others.
A day where the world gets put on pause. Recalibrate and restore.
