Do you laugh funny?

People say I've got a funny kind of laugh... ahahhah

i barely laugh at all. my funny bone isn't connected to my laugh bone. i compensate if something is funny by simply saying, "ha, ha."

people think i'm crying when i laugh sometimes- they always get concerned. it's at this point i just laugh harder.

At times I can laugh inappropriately.

I don't know. I've never listened to my own laugh. And when I do laugh, I'm alone.
The only feedback I've gotten from others is asking if I ever do laugh.

When I'm in a group, and everyone laughs at something, I get kinda confused, wondering what was so funny.

I don't think my laugh sounds funny ... people have never commented on this.

They have, however, commented that
- I laugh at odd/inappropriate times
- I often don't laugh when one would expect, and they can't tell when I am enjoying something or finding it funny.

So in that respect, I laugh funny.

People say I laugh like a monkey

My mum told me that if I was going to laugh, to do a real laugh. I don't laugh around her anymore. To be told that my laugh sounds fake is as bad as the times that I was chastised for talking about my special interests between the ages of 7 and 10 and than again the summer that I was 13.

I have to say yes. I'm careful to not unload it completely because I'll get teased -- even by family. My laughter is contagious though.

When I find something very funny, I snort when I laugh. It always makes my kids laugh at me, but not in a mean way.

My laugh sounds like a guinea pig squeaking (I've also been told it sounds like a puppy, a zebra, and a mouse). Does that count? lol

I don't laugh funny, I just laugh loud if I'm laughing at something that's not funny, so people yell, ''be quiet!! !'' at me. But when I'm really laughing at something reasonably funny, it's just a normal laugh. Well, everybody's laugh sounds different, but it's not a unique sort of laugh.

I have a goofy laugh when I get tired. My friends think it's hysterical and they laugh at it, making me laugh more. Even though it's silly, laughing like that makes me feel good.

I mimic other peoples laughs when I laugh in groups. Although lately, because I haven't really been social, I have forgotten the laugh I use, so now I just go Ha.
