I was about to answer in the negative to your question, but when I thought about it, my routine is - or has been, previous to my recent new job - fairly consistent.
I used to get up at about the same time - usually midday, and then I'd regularly meet a friend for some brunch, then come home, work on my projects/perseverations, eating when I needed to, and crash into bed sometime in the small hours before repeating the process the next day, and the next, ad nauseam.
I think perhaps, because I had so much freedom being unemployed, that I was getting used to the cycle of being in a natural body rythym, and that's why this artificial day I seem to be having now is so uncomfortable.
