Just watched Spooks BBC1 21.00 hrs, do you think this character was written to have AS. She loves her cats, there was embarassment when she was told she was fixated, she said she had an obsession with some historical subject, she never really had any close affiliations.

AS people would make great intelligence service employees.

Does anybody agree, and have you thought the same from other episodes.

OOPS sorry! forgot this programme is not screened in the US, only used the 24hr clock because it would cause less confusion.

Well its not from not trying but its hard to get BBC programming here (legally) I do love the english accent squee :P

Anyways on the internet your lack of a time zone is more confusing than the decision between a 12 or 24 hour clock :P

Well I'm from the UK, and saw it - yes, I think she could be. Very self-sacrificial, particularly in that episode. Good character though, pity about all that.

I'm not sure, there were some long 'meaningful' stares between her and her boss (before kissing)

My guess is it's OCD, which has more recognition in the popular culture than Asperger's. She had those meaningful glances, after all.

We get BBC America but don't get many of your shows here on it.

BBC america? Hoo strange.

Actually that would explain a lot, she is rather distant and logical...I don't think she was obsessed with her cats or the history thing. Otherwise there would have been mentions in earlier episodes.

Hey, does anyone have BBC3? I really want to know what happens in the next episode...
