I'm not fooling anyone. I think just about everyone from strangers to family sees the weirdness. That they don't have a name for it doesn't change that. I'm not even trying to hide it anymore, just compensate as needed to accomplish what I need to accomplish. I'm trying to learn to ask for help as needed so the difficult areas don't sink me. Trying to hide is kind of like the puppy who hides his head under a blanket while leaving his entire back end exposed. He thinks he's hiding, but really?
