ADHD vs Asperger's

Is it possible that adhds are confused with as, or the other way around? My friend, he has ADHD, and I have Asperger's. But we are very, very similar.
Ps, he is also on wp, the only other taiwanese I know here, but is not active.

Some of the traits are similar, yes. I have both.
