Do you ever find your facial expressions do not match your emotion? When I feel relaxed and at ease my family start saying too me "Chill out" and they start acting funny towards me like i am some sort of threat.

when i am not at ease or feel angry my family act nice and civil towards me and talk too me... and generally treat me better.

it seems that when i feel at ease it just causes a hell of a lot of problems. i think my relaxed face is interpreted by NTs 'angry/misrable face'

any advice on this?

Photograph your expressions, talk about it with your family why they think you are reversed in expression compared to state of mind.
