Sometimes when I am going to say something to someone, usually someone I don't know or don't know well It's like someone hit mute. I mouth the words but there isn't enough breath behind it to make more than a whisper. Usually it's just a "hello" or short response to someone when I am caught off guard.
This ever happen to anyone else?

This happens to me often, especially with things like greetings, or when speaking with cashiers and such - I'll try saying something like 'hello' or responding to them at all, and it'll often just come out as a whisper or a mouthed word with no breath behind it.

Yeah, this pretty much sums it up for me.
